From the initial talks looking through the plans over coffee to when the team arrived onsite and started knocking walls down right through until the end, we were thoroughly impressed with not only the work but the professionalism.
Throughout the build they listened to us and reacted to everything we said. If we were unsure of anything they made sure to explain it to us and was extremely patient. The builders we had on site were great, so respectful of our neighbours and made sure that where possible minimum disruption was made.
London Urban were great at getting us to make decisions early on, which sped up the process and in the end meant that our build finished ahead of schedule! We were always in direct communication throughout, whenever we picked up the phone they were speedy and efficient. They were no doubt was working on other projects alongside ours but it was never obvious as they made sure they gave us their full attention.

We hired London Urban after meeting at least 6 builders and ruling most of them out based on Professionalism, timeliness, idea generation and ultimately price. We were very keen on a company that could just get on and do the job from design to completion with the spec we ask without getting too involved in the minutia.
From the moment we first met Tahir and introduced to London Urban he ticked all the boxes. On the second visit he introduced me to an architect who came up with some great ideas – including a pitched roof, something we had never considered. We wanted ideas bringing to the table and this was another tick in the box.
Despite a slight delay in the project due to planning Tahir was as understanding as ever and continued to be so throughout the build.
Equally, the team of builders were faultless. Incredibly hard working, timely and professional. So much so the build was finished ahead of schedule.
I cannot recommend Tahir and London Urban enough they were everything we were looking for and completed a great extension which has added so much light and airy space. I would recommend anyone on the fence to meet with London Urban.
