London Urban was entrusted with an wonderful design and build project located in the picturesque setting of Hampton, Surrey. This endeavour centred around a residence that, while possessing inherent charm, had a kitchen and living space that left much to be desired in terms of design.

Our dedicated team at London Urban was tasked with rejuvenating the property, seamlessly blending its classic architectural elements with contemporary design sensibilities. The client’s vision was clear: to restore the home’s traditional features whilst introducing a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area, epitomising modern luxury.

Our comprehensive remit encompassed a myriad of tasks. Notably, we undertook significant structural alterations, a highlight of which was the introduction of a gracefully pitched roof.

The property underwent extensive upgrades, from bolstering insulation to overhauling the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Heating solutions were modernised, and a fresh set of windows and doors were meticulously installed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. One of the standout features of this project was the intricate design and execution of a bespoke kitchen, tailored to the client’s exacting standards.
